Street Group wins Judges’ Entrepreneur Award at Northern Tech Awards 2026 and named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year finalist

Street Group, the maker of revolutionary property software, has been awarded the prestigious Judges’ Entrepreneur Award at the Northern Tech Awards 2026, recognising its exceptional growth and innovation within the UK technology sector.

The awards ceremony, held in Manchester on 23rd April, brought together leading figures from across the Northern and Scottish tech ecosystem. The evening was hosted by technology journalist and broadcaster Georgie Barrat, with a keynote address from Scott Fletcher MBE, founder of ANS Group, who shared insights on the transformational impact of artificial intelligence on modern businesses.

Founded in 2015 by Heather and Tom Staff, Street Group has rapidly established itself as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the country. The company develops software solutions designed to modernise estate agency operations, including its CRM platform, Street.co.uk, and marketing tool Spectre, which help agents improve lead generation and streamline the property transaction process.

In addition to its Northern Tech Awards success, Street Group has also been named a regional finalist in the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 UK programme for the North region, further recognition of the company’s strong leadership and continued growth trajectory.

The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 UK programme recognises 110 exceptional entrepreneurs from across the country. Drawn from five regions, London, South, Midlands, North and Scotland, EY describes the finalists as representatives of ‘the breadth of entrepreneurial ambition, innovation and impact shaping the UK economy’.

A panel of expert judges will narrow down the regional finalists to a list of 10 entrepreneurs selected to progress to the UK final, the winner of which will be announced during a ceremony in November.

Street Group continues to scale its platform and expand its impact across the UK property market, supporting estate agents with tools that drive efficiency and growth, and leading it to be cited as the 4th fastest-growing tech company in the North.
